The Western Parkland City State Environmental Planning Policy 2021 (SEPP) identifies land required for regional stormwater infrastructure. Sydney Water will acquire sections of land as necessary, and in phases aligned with development progress.

Legal and Valuation Costs
Pursuant to the Just Terms Act, the acquiring authority is required to pay the reasonable legal and valuation costs incurred by landowners in relation to the acquisition. This means you will not be responsible for any legal fees charged by Rely Legal.
