High-Speed Rail Project

Is your property being compulsorily acquired for the High-Speed Rail Project?
Receiving a notice of compulsory acquisition can be overwhelming and deeply upsetting. At Rely Legal, we guide you through the acquisition process by clearly explaining your options, advocating on your behalf, and ensuring you receive the full amount of compensation you are entitled to.

- Stage 1B: HSR Central Coast Station to HSR Sydney Central Station
- Stage 1C: HSR Sydney Central Station to HSR Western Sydney International Station
Areas affected by the High-Speed Rail Project
The Australian Government has identified a number of areas that will be impacted by the Project.
Legal and Valuation Costs
Pursuant to the Just Terms Act, the acquiring authority is required to pay the reasonable legal and valuation costs incurred by landowners in relation to the acquisition. This means you will not be responsible for any legal fees charged by Rely Legal.
